Perseverance Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Perseverance, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with tags still attached

We do not accept returns on:
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom or made-to-order products

2. How to Start a Return
- Email perseverance777@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team before shipping your item back.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different item of equal value or request a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Perseverance is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
- Please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
