Perseverance Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Perseverance. We work hard to get your order to you quickly, securely, and in great condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or special drops, processing times may be longer.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days
      (Times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country)

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

  • Perseverance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
